ANZ is the bank behind Bathurst Resources, the company pushing to blast open a 20 million tonne coal mine on the Denniston Plateau. On Monday July 28, two climate defenders; Rach & Tāmati, started an occupation of Bathurst’s coal bucket – disrupting their ability to take the coal away. On Friday August 8 we disrupted ANZ branches all over the country in support of the coal bucket pair.
